Biométhodes has implemented a network of world-class partners to complement its own resources, accelerate its development, and benefit from additional expertise in a wide range of areas such as research and development, process industrialization, downstream chemical market. Technical and / or strategic collaborations has already been set up already working with a number of universities and leading companies including: 

• The Virginia Tech University (United States), through which Biométhodes holds a worldwide exclusive license of the pretreatment of biomass, invented by Professor Zhang.

• The German ICT Fraunhofer Institute, internationally recognized for its work in the development of various stages of pretreatment of lignocellulosic material.

• The Vienna University of Technology (Prof. CP Kubicek), renowned for its experience in the development of strains of enzyme production.

• Biométhodes has established a strategic partnership with the engineering firm Lurgi, a subsidiary of Air Liquide. Lurgi is a pioneer in developing innovative processes and is a world leader in the engineering of industrial production units.

• Biométhodes is a member of cluster Industry and Agro-resources-IAR-Picardie Champagne.

The company constantly seeks to establish new partnerships with all stakeholders in the chain of transformation of biomass, from agricultural producers to chemical manufacturers, through existing ethanol biorefineries and, of course, investors. The goal is to create real biorefineries through which plant material is completely transformed and highly enhanced in very competitive economic conditions.
