Currently it employs 12 people,
of which 10 are involved in R&D.
Biométhodes takes advantages of four key patent
families, two pertaining to
delignification and
decrystallization of cellulose
for which it has an exclusive
and worldwide license for the
pretreatment process invented by
Prof. Zhang at Virginia Tech
University and two pertaining to
its own enzyme optimisation
platform which is recognized as
of today as the most effective
solution for an optimal
transformation of cellulosic
material into many high value
products in addition to biofuel. |
